Ernie Grunfeld makes moves based on Media and Fan opinions

I notice this. Could be coincidence of course.
but I notice in the media when certain players start getting ridiculed in the media, Ernie Grunfeld does whatever he can to get rid of them no matter how stupid of a decision it may be.
this could be something that plagues this franchise and not just Ernie Grunfeld (Chris Webber Trade comes to mind).
But notice with the following:
Gil
Nick
Blatche
McGee
Crawford
each had some sort of negative attention in the media and were dropped.
This is more obvious from the recent Crawford trade.
He been getting negative fan and media attention these past 2 seasons, but has been the top producer for the team. he was even benched.
then traded for nothing. Trade your top player for nothing, other than to make media view happy?
again could be coincidence so not ruling that out.
this thread may be ignored or locked. but I made my point I wanted to say.
I hope Jordan Crawford goes on and do some big moves in his career and get a ring like lots of top former Wizards have over the past few years.
