Seeing that this is a huge area lacking on the wizards over the last few seasons, and with upcoming lotto draft, or even a lotto in 2014

what good would they do without good Player Development.

How can this team's player development be improved to the level of teams like Okc and SA?

Get rid of EG and his staff and bring in a competent GM who can bring in a competent development team! THE END
