Let the tank continue. Not for the pick but for EG to be fired !

I know, wishful thinking. He's GM for life since this team will probably not be lottery bound next year though I hope they would be.

I can't believe Jonas was picked one spot ahead of Jan Vesely.

Vesely is such a pathetic FT shooter.

Just watched the video of kevin ware. Maybe one of the worst looking injuries I've ever seen.

This is an important tank game. We must lose it.

It is on the basis of games like this that Jan's option will be picked up, and there will be just a huge amount of impotent anger.

Johnny V. is also pretty cool, too bad it's considered polite to pick better players earlier in the draft.

Unless we play the Vesely-Collins frontcourt with no Wall, we will win this game. The Raps are just that bad.

11 points and 6 assists with ZERO turnovers for Wall. One thing that continues to irk me is that Wall and Beal only shared 3 minutes of court time.

Yup, and people actually questioned if Jonas was strong enough for the NBA. They didn't seem to understand that 18 year olds fill out as they get older. He's going to be a terrific player. He got both Okafor and Seraphin in foul trouble. Jan would have had 11 and 4 in less than 11 minutes if he could make 75% of his FT's - like Jonas. Jan and Seraphin both showed signs of how they ended last season. But if you're inconsistent, you're useless in the NBA.

Damn straight Ruz.

Also just want to point out that Jan is assisted on nearly 90% of his made FGs where as Jonas is assists on 55% of his. Jonas is looking like a solid pro while Jan continues to have one of the worst seasons in Wizards history. :(

I dunno, I suppose "people" may have been a little down on Valanciunas but I think as a board we can feel pretty good about having been fans. I know Doc was; dearly departed Hoop was; I myself was pretty partial to him, probably there were a number of other bullish posters.

I liked Jonas but I was definitely on the Kanter camp. Regardless, the "draft Vesley bandwagon" was as empty as Javale Mcgee's head.

I feel comfortable saying DeMar DeRozan apparently isn't going to do anything in person to dissuade me from my impression of him on paper, which is not the fondest I've ever been of paper.
