Mentioned before amid everything by either a front office guy or coach was the fact the wizards may look into adding a developmental coach with the young players that we have
I think we should pursue Ron Adams and this is why. Described as one if the best assistant coaches in the league and a developmental guy Ron Adams has been caught in the cross fire between the Chicago gm and thibadeau. He questioned personnel choices apparently but it was purely political not result Oriented.
With the young players on the team and people asking why can't the wizards develop players brought up in another thread I'd like to have the guy who was has helped develop rose and Jimmy Butler in Chicago while contributing to the defense there.. Rose who's a wall predecessor and has been with okc helping the development there of those players like westbrook, harden and durant. Once he left their defense fell off and they said they missed the defense he brought to the table.
He also was in San Antonio and is quoted to say the foundation of San Antonio was good guys. David Robinson, Sean Elliott, avery Johnson, tim Duncan.. It goes on and on. This is the current wizards philosophy with Okafor, nene, martell, Beal and wall.
It would be a good move imo cause he's worked with players similar to the ones on our roster
