Kind of interesting. Could actually be fun to watch and really open things up. Your team needs two first rounders one year, bid it up to get them. Your team sucked but you don't like the #1 that year, keep your power dry and get a later pick first. Could be the #3 cost more then the #1 some years if I understand what they are saying.
