Thought this was something to share and talk about.

Wow look how low T Booker is. That makes no sense.

Damn singleton is low.....

Still waiting on John Wall's score.

This guy is calling Otto Porter a BUST! I guess the writer might be pissed about a past G.Town ass whipping or the fact that OP got very little summer play. Time will tell.

Can't take him seriously if he thinks Otto is a sure bust.

The only way Otto is a bust is if he struggles with too many injuries and can not stay on the court.

His ceiling might be a bit lower than other lotto picks this year, but his bust potential has also got to be one of the lowest.

I can't take it seriously if it rates Vesely higher than Booker last season.

That what I was thinking, unless he was using summer league/ euro ball in this which I admit JV was looking big in... But,,, wth

I guess I'm a homer because I think the Wizards players should be ranked higher. For instance not sure how Rudy Gay is 55 while Bradley Beal is 73.

But last year's rankings were before Vesely's summer showing. They were presumably based on the 2012-13 NBA season, or based on projections prior to the season. I guess before last season, you could (rightly or not) look at his place in the draft, his "potential," and his slightly manic finish to the previous season, and come up with a projection upward for him, while thinking Booker had reached his maximum potential, and maybe looked like a chronic injury for his career.
