Wizards #6 (40-36, 20-17 home) vs CHI #4 (44-32, 19-18 away)
http://espn.go.com/nba/preview?id=400490017

WIZ attempt to sweep the season series 3-0 after sweeping NYK last night.

Washington vs NYK last game
http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?id=400490009

CHI vs MIL last game
http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?id=400490010

Previous two match ups
Mon, Jan 13 @ CHI 102-88 http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=400489431
Fri, Jan 17 @ WAS 96-93 http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=400489458

PG: J. Wall 19.8 vs K. Hinrich 9.0
SG: B. Beal 17.1 vs J. Butler 13.2
SF: T. Ariza 14.8 vs M. Dunleavy 11.1
PF: T. Booker 6.3 vs C. Boozer 13.8
C: M. Gortat 13.0 vs J. Noah 12.4

Bench Treats CHI - Taj Gibson, D.J. Augustin
Bench Threat WAH - Gooden, Webster, Miller

Randy vs Tom Thibodeau

Key Injuries: WAS - NENE and TA still sick with flu.

Wizards have not faced CHI without Nene who bangs Boozier around. Booker is going to have his hands filled. Unlike NY last night who didn't exploit the Amare vs Booker match up early, I don't expect Tibbs won't be so kind. Expect them to go right at Booker early with Boozer.

Looking at the remaining schedules for TOR and CHI, if the Wizards want to face CHI in the opening round, a lose tonight might help them. Wizards with Nene should be able to beat CHI and get out of round 1.

Wizards vs TOR would be a war and a tougher match up. TORs quickness gives WAS problems.

#3 TOR (44-32) remaining games: @ MIL, PHI, NYK, @ DET, MIL, @ NYK
#4 CHI (44-32) remaining games: @ WAS, @ MIN, DET, @ NYK, ORL, @ CHA
#5 BRK (41-34) remaining games: @ PHI, @MIA, @ORL, ATL, ORL, NYK, @ CLE
#6 WIZ (40-36) remaining games: CHI, CHA, @ ORL, MIL, MIA, @ BOS

WIZ hold tie breaker against BRK (3-0) and CHI (2-?)
TOR hold tie breaker over CHI (2-1) and WAS (3-1)

TOR is playing well. Would be easy to see them win out. May as well go for the take down of CHI and sweep them. Make a statement and let the chips fall where they will. Wizards will have to hope BRK loses in ORL.

Then all we have to do is win out the season and we take #5th with 46 wins

sweep. I expect the real Uncle Drew to be motivated and play well in this one

game might come down to Noah. He was only 2-14 last night. Does that mean he's entering a funk or does it mean he's going to bounce back huge tonight? I think Gortat matches up well with him so I expect him to shoot bad again and we win

How Noah scores is a terrible indicator of how he played. With him, it's probably rebounds #1, turnovers #2, assists #3,
steals #4, points #5.

Gortat does match up well with him. Noah has trouble guarding him in the post due to his strength.

Good luck guys.

oh no doubt. I know Noah's game. I was going to say that he played like crap last night but I checked the box score and realized he still did everything else he typically does so I just stuck with talking about his FG%. What you say about him is true in most cases but I just feel like against our team, he needs to shoot better for you guys to win, due to the matchups. I dont think he can hustle his way into you guys beating us or just being a playmaker. He doesnt have to go for 20 or anything like that but he does have to shoot atleast 45% and get about 12 or 13pts

What Noah has to do is keep you people shooting 19 foot 2 pointers like you like. That's what he needs to do for us to win.

We're a guard-led offense-- Noah facilitates those guards. But the amount of assists/points he gets is usually due to how well the guards play. If they make shots, sharp cuts, smart passes, Noah's statline benefits. To that end, if you want to win, you need to keep all 3 of Augustin, Butler, Dunleavy below 20 points. We probably need one or more of them to go off for us to score enough to win.

We should have the advantages at the wings across the board. CHI's team defense is great though. Hopefully the guys aren't too tired from yesterday. Bench needs to show up for this game cause its hard for any team's starters to consistently outscore the bulls.

Bulls think the first two games were a bit of an anomaly:

"I think those two games, they really just jumped on us," Gibson said. "We didn't really know too much about our opponent like we should have. How Trevor Ariza and Martell Webster and those guys are really hot shooters. They had Nene, they just got (center Marcin) Gortat. We didn't know who we were up against.
"That team now, they're playing with a lot of inspiration. We just have to match that intensity tomorrow."

Only if we can sex u guys later.

Glen Rice jr was recalled today. If we can get a blow out that would be awesome. Id like to sit al tonight, he should not be playing back to backs. We should Also consider small Ball with the 2nd unit.

Miller
Beal
Glen
Webster (8'10 standing reach)
Gooden.

I like Glen here simply cause porter isnt strong enough yet to go against a thibs coaches team me thinks.

Playing Gooden at Center is horrible for defense.
