get the pace and ball movement back. Witt changed strategies I felt for no reason. Ever since we went to that Beal with the ball p&r Offense with Nene in the last 6 minutes of the 4th our O has sucked

Keys IMO:

-- We gotta find a way to get some early offense and easy hoops.
-- We have side-to-side, double screen sets for our 2 and 3. I've seen the Wizards run those a lot in the past. It's time to dust them off, replacing the singular focus on the high PnR.
-- John Wall went back to hero ball again. I think he was responding, in some measure, to his shooting woes. He needs to forget that. I want him back to being the *point guard* and am more interested in tracking his assists and turnover line. (Friday night's debacle, 7 turnovers for Wall That can't happen any more.) John, take your shots when they're available and in rhythm, don't worry about percentages. But DO worry about protecting the ball, valuing each possession -- that includes shot selection, and getting your teammates the rock in spots in which they can suceed.
-- Don't panic. This is a one game at a time portion of the calendar. Wizards and their fans have been getting a little ahead of themselves in the past week. Okay, our balloon popped. Now get up, play hard and be focused, aggressive, and confident. One game, one, quarter, one three-minute segment within each quarter at a time.

We can do this.

Go Wizards!

P.S. Please play Gooden against West a bit more. Gooden is getting into West's head and frustrating him a whole lot. West is gonna haul off and punch Gooden sometime soon (Flagrant 2!)

Wall is pass 1st and I love that about him but this is 17 straight games that he hasnt taken 20 shots. Thats too passive. Sometimes taking shots opens it up for others. I think some of it is because he's been pretty cold for the last 13 games so he doesnt want to force it but sometimes if you force aggression then you can find your sroke/scoring touch again or get some easy FT's that can get your shot/confidence back.

I agree and thats why I wasnt tripping. I felt like we could play with anyone but i also felt that if Wall got his going then we could be elite. I knew there would come a point where we wouldnt advance unless he got going and that point is probably here. You very rarely advance deeper if the Superstar doesnt play like one

Pine's Pace-mate avatar is a secret agent, designed to infiltrate the Wizards Board and get game-plan secrets from our knowledgeable posters.

The only way to fix this bad juju is to come back with something strong. Stronger than just Evadney. (pictured below)

The Pacers have found themselves and figured us out. Randy doesn't have much imagination to counter as he keeps saying the same things. Pacers advance eventually and get stomped by the Heat.

I'm on my iPad typing on my screen. When I'm home on my laptop, I will jettison the Pacermate.

Everyone, blame keynote for picking the Pacermate. (Sorry for snitching on you, keynote).

Someone (or a number of you here) please pick a suitable candidate from the plethora of "beauties" in his post, above.

Go Wizards.

Dee comes on REALLY strong, but I have to go with Colleen. If Gomer Pyle were a cheerleader, he'd be Colleen.

Oops.

Sorry. I see - and I should have known.

It was MILLER who keeps a folder of Luv-a-Bulls photos on his "hard drive", if you know what I mean. It figures.

That's a tough one.

Lisa is clearly very smart. She doesn't get out much and may have more than a few cats.

Dasha is straight off the boat. She may not speak a licka' english but dance knows no language.

Erin looks like she has a big surprise waiting for us.

As a kid, I believe I saw Kelli star as the lead in Disney's "Pinocchio".

Colleen and Krystal are tougher than they look, having escaped rural Alabama to seek out their dreams.

You may recognize Shante as Tyrone Hill's long lost sister.

Dancing isn't the only thing Cristina regularly practices (being a Wiccan and all).

Kafi? (Refer to Erin)

Wall has to start going to the hole strong and be selfish. At least for a half. Way too passive in that regard IMO.
