Watched him a lot via Gonzaga Bulldogs games. He is good kid but not as talented as his father. He is loooong way away from NBA caliber player. Good passing game that's the only positive from him imo. Sam Dower from there would be better pick up for the camp.

Can anyone name the players that attended the camp?

Xavier Silas, Vander Blue, David Stockton.. and?

If you mean training camp, which I'm not sure you do, then I believe its David Stockton, Xavier Silas, Vander Blue, Daniel Orton, Damion James, Rasual Butler

That's the obvious long play for John Stockton as NBA coach of our future Wizard Kevin Durant.

Keep in mind, that's John Stockton's #12, I think Wizards are on to something, "Basketball is a business" Well you have a marketable name, with some history , I think they can sell some jerseys at the end of the day, it's kind of a nostalgic weird thing, also who wouldn't buy a throwback Stockton #12 bullet's jersey, that would sell like hot cakes. And if he performs well, that's icing on the cake.

This is basically the equivalent of Jerry Rice's son trying out for the Skins. It means nothing. Stockton's just a body for getting the team ready for the regular season. There's nothing marketable about him - it's not like his father played for the Bullets.

Well lets be honest he can't be worse then Eric Maynor , even with the limited time we see from him in preseason

So James Silas's son, John Stockton's son . . . is Patrick Ewing Jr. signed anywhere?

Well Stockton is a training camp invite, so not sure if he even plays in the preseason. Don't ask me!

So lets get this straight.....

You keep Orton WHO is 26 or something and you have 8 power forwards.....

and you keep rasual butler who is old and hasnt averaged nearly 10 points in the last 4-5 years

and you waive 2 of the youngest players who play positions you need more

I'm sick of bad decisions.

Even if they didn't do amazing in practice or whatever, then why not give them a chance at preseason games

Really? This is such a non-starter.

The season hasn't even started! Relax! Save your venom. There will plenty to be mad about over the next 8 months.

I know, but why not give them a chance, you need guards who are versatile more then they need power fowards/centers
