There are a few no-brainers:
Backcourt: Wall, Wade, Lowry
Frontcourt: Lebron, Melo, Gasol, Bosh
After that, it gets interesting. Some potential guys include:
Backcourt: Butler, Teague, Irving, Korver, DeRozan
Frontcourt: Millsap, Love, Jefferson, Horford, Vucevic, Gortat, Drummond
If my 7 no brainers are in, then there needs to be 2 more guards and 3 more frontcourt players.
For backcourt, I'd go with Butler and Korver, but I know Irving is probably going to make in front of one of those guys.
For frontcourt, I'd go with Millsap, Horford, and Love. If Melo doesn't make it due to injury, then there's room for one more - probably Drummond or Vucevic. Or maybe Butler or Korver gets considered a small forward so they both get in.
Interesting. You can make a case that 4 Atlanta Hawks should make it. Unfortunately, Teague and Korver are probably competing for the same spot (and both could get squeezed out if Irving makes it).

I hope Irving doesn't make it. His team is always a disappointment.

Maybe I'm still reveling in Atlanta's smack down on us but I think Teague and Korver both deserve a spot over Irving.
Just my opinion but the starters should be Wall Lowry Lebron Milsap Gasol.
Wade, Butler, Knight, Teauge, Korver, Bosh, Love, Jefferson, Vucevic, Drummond to round it out. Also I'm keeping an eye on Kemba. He's been killing it lately.

Melo does NOT deserve a spot (based off of the record), but it looks like he'll get in.
I think, based on the voting, it will be:
G: Wall
G: Wade
F: Melo
F: Lebron
C: Pau
For the bench, the locks should be:
G: Lowry
G: Butler
F: Milsapp
My last 4 slots go to:
G: Teague
F: Bosh
F: Korver
C: Vucjavic
I think the coaches will reward Atlanta, and put in Teague ahead of Kyrie, and put in Korver. Derozen missed too much time, Horford wasn't great to start the year. I put in Vujavic over Love b/c I think he's been better.

In terms of no-brainers, do you mean guys who WILL be named to the team, or guys who DESERVE to be named?
To me, the East backcourt should be (in order): Teague, Butler, Lowry, Wall
The frontcourt: Lebron, Pau Gasol, Drummond, Millsap, Zeller, Valnciunas, Horford, Bosh
I don't see any way to justify Carmelo getting consideration. Vucevic, Love, Jefferson, Gortat, Korver -- all miss.
The West is LOADED...
Backcourt: Curry, Paul, Westbrook, Harden, Lillard
Frontcourt: Davis, Chandler, Jordan, Duncan, Bogut, Cousins, Kawhi

By no-brainers, I mean guys that will make it due to fan appreciation, counting stats, and inertia. I personally don't think Melo or Irving should make it.
I know your numbers place Teague really high, but I think he gets a little benefit from the spacing afforded by Millsap and Horford. Put Wall on that roster and he'd outplay Teague. I think Wall deserves it over Teague.
Are you honestly putting Zeller in ahead of Love (or Korver, or Wade)? He plays 19 minutes a game.

Re: 2015 All Star Game - Who should make it for the East?
PG Kyle Lowry > John Wall > Jeff Teague
SG Jimmy Butler > Dwyane Wade
SF LeBron James > Kyle Korver
PF Paul Millsap > Kevin Love
CE Andre Drummond > Pau Gasol > Al Horford
I'm iffy on Wade & Love but I have a hard time finding anyone else to put in their place.
I'm giving Atlanta 4 players because they clearly deserve it IMO. Best team in the East by a good margin.

On a per minute basis, yes. Zeller's having a really nice season. But, I hear you on the playing time thing. Total production is probably the better way to go.
If I went with totals, here's how the teams would look:
EAST
Backcourt: Butler, Lowry, Wall, Teague, Korver, Irving
Frontcourt: Lebron, P.Gasol, Millsap, Love, Drummond, Vucevic
WEST
Backcourt: Curry, Paul, Lillard, Harden, Conley
Frontcourt: Davis, Chandler, Jordan, M.Gasol, Duncan, Aldridge
For the 12th spot in the West, Blake Griffin and Klay Thompson were basically tied. I'll be curious to see where the numbers fall when I update in a couple days.

Bosh has a strong argument to replace Love. PER of 22. ORtg 110. Solid defender. What's not to like?
I also think Wade deserves it comfortably. He is posting his best season in years with a PER of 24.3 over 33 minutes per game. I know Miami isn't winning much, but let's face it, the rest of that team is awful. No rim protector, no PG, and Wade and Bosh have each missed 8 games. They're still only 2.5 games behind Cleveland for 5th place in the East.

Looking at Bosh & Wade's on-off numbers, while both have offensively remained productive... their defense has fallen off a cliff. Both post hugely negative DRPM & DBPM numbers. The on/off from 82games also shows the defense is better with both Wade & Bosh off the floor. I suspect Wade is saving himself more on defensive end nowadays and Bosh at C doesn't work so well without pressing & harrassing ballhandlers like they did with LeBron.

I don't think love and Irving belong their, at least this year. neither should Melo but he probably will.
Larbon and Melo will be there and the guard are much easier to pick than the bigs.
BC: Wall, Wade, Korver, Buttler, Lowery
Labron and Melo,...... Cuz Labron and Melo.
FC: Bosh, Pau, Drummand, Horford, Jefferson / Millsap / Vucevic
