You guys go to many games? I'm headed to College Park with my dad for the game 11/25, looking forward to checking out the town. Any tips/cool stuff to see?

I went to the Towson game but then left the area because I had something to do. The area has changed some since I went there in 1986 and used to live the area through the mid-nineties, but what hasn't changed is that it's right near Washington D.C. and there are a million things to do. I'm guessing still a college team with a lot of bars, sports bars, etc.

The best thing to do if it's nice day is just to walk around campus, which I did on Saturday morning. Walk up Campus drive. Take a look at some of the old buildings that were built 100+ years ago sitting right next to the new ones built a few years ago. Go into old Cole Field House and see if they let you see the brand new football facility (it's exceptional). Take a look at the old Stamp Union (Student Union). Go through the tailgates and see all the red. Check out the marching band as they take their walk from the fine arts center to the stadium (I was in the band in 1986 and they do the same pre-game stuff today). Very cool campus still of a lot of old and new.

UCF is the most important game of the year (for now). Trap game, potentially. They beat Fla Intl something like 63-10. They cancelled games vs Memphis and Ga Tech. UCF WILL be ready for Maryland.

Maryland needs to make a statement against a worthy opponent.
Bye bye Beal.

Not only was it a trap game they hurt quarterback Hill; and, that's pretty much the season for the Terps already.

Maryland's defense gets exposed when they can't move the ball. Thy need to score 30 points in most games to win. Now without Hill and Piggy, they may just win one more game the rest of the season (Rutgers). Bortenschlager is not the answer and they have to hope that Caleb Henderson can prove he's not made of glass.

I never heard what happened to Hill. Is he done for the season?
