What the hell is wrong with you people. There's a game tonight at 7 and still no game thread.

Last year's haircut = last year's performance? We can only hope.

Wall is playing apparently, CHA always plays us well for w/e reason. I expect a win truthfully, but it will probably be a grind-it-out affair, which won't bode well for the spanking we'll get in ATL tomorrow :/

I think people were intimidated by the impressive job JRo did in starting threads and didn't want to put in all the hard work needed to follow in his footsteps.

Shaved head is better then Mohawk.
Now if we can get some space in the paint and get Wall to run him some PnR again.

Not sure if it was posted but Beal has a finger problem on his left hand. Think he fractured it he said but he didn't make a big deal about it. Say... MEH.. Its my left had. Hell, if LMA can play with a torn lig, Beal can Deal.
Gotta say. The boys have been tough this year.

Gortat interview on his struggles with CSN.
On if he'll bring back the mohawk haircut:
I don't think it will happen for the next few months. Maybe, maybe in the summer. Not now. Trust me, it takes a lot of time. Every two, three days, an hour and a half to shave it, trim it, fix it and I don't have time for that. I'm laughing at people that are fixing haircuts before the games and trying to be pretty and stuff. Actually I became one of them. I'm definitely sick of that. I don't want to wake up everyday and spend 10-15 minutes to put the spikes up. I'm done with that. I feel very comfortable being bald right now. A lot of ladies say I look worse but who cares.
On feeling added pressure because of the $60 million deal he signed last summer:
The organization didn't really put huge pressure on me to say, 'Now you have to become an All-Star' or stuff like that. There was some pressure from the fans maybe. The bottom line is I have the same passion, the same love for the game. I'm trying to do the same thing. .... I have two rising stars in this league (John Wall and Bradley Beal). I have a living, playing legend at the three spot (Paul Pierce). I have a big force at the four (Nene) and there's me at the five. Each one of us wants to score. Each one of us wants to be a hero every day. One of these guys got to take certain sacrifices. It's impossible. Go to John or to Brad and say today he's only going to take five shots. He's going to laugh. It doesn't work like that. Do I feel pressure? Probably not. But I do want to perform better. I do want to help this team win. If we're going to continue to win more and more games I don't care about my points. If we losing and I play very bad, that's the thing that's bothering me right now.

No Kemba means it should be an easy win for the Wizards, but they still need to stop big Al from scoring.

I admit to enjoying Joe Beninati on Caps telecasts. Hope to enjoy his play by play tonight.

Hopefully those 15ft attempts shows Wall what he's capable of and he co continues to attack especially with Roberts guarding him and Al defending the paint

Beal with the Harden-like D as MKG drove past home and Beal tan away from the ball on D

Every team in this league can hit open shots against the wizards... The wizards on the other hand can't. Need to get rid of pierce and get someone in here that can hit an open shot consistently.

This team has been playing like garbage for a good stretch now. The kind of stretch that gets coaches fired.

LOL, you know sh*t has reached rock bottom when Temple is back into the rotation.

Yet...Blair can't sniff the court.

Kind of a .500 in the east kind of team... the strong start to the season saves him...

Can't watch right now but the box score looks like Wall is not being aggressive. Does he have a hometown team problem? He never plays great against them

Maybe Temple and Porter will step-up - been a weird kind of season that way.

I don't like Temple playing back up PG but I think he might have his shot back.
