Great, but you know Brooks will not have the balls to tell him to do so. Pop on the other hand is a God and players respect him. I'm not saying players don't like Brooks but it's obvious that he is no guru. Well, hopefully John learns a thing or two from Pop and we see more efficient & healthy Wall this year!
People didn’t like the military style of Randy Wittman, and I’m not saying he was a good coach, but the players coach thing is awful for this particular team we have LOL
The military style of Wittman wasn't the problem. It was the outdated coaching philosophy, the rigidness of inflexibility and arguably the worst coaching staff in the league when it came to Xs & Os. Unfortunately Brooks has proven to not be much better.

Looks like Wall going crazy with marking his body with all of those tatoos. It looks awlful and its going to look bad when he ages.

Nice to see him working out but it means nothing if he still keeps taking way too many stupid midrange jumpers and doesn't play off the ball. Just two more months and we'll see.

Speak for yourself. I love pretty much everything about LeBron, both on and off the court.

Actually, that "we" was a piece of rhetoric: Wiz fans, overall, do "love to hate" LeBron.
There is no question that James is an exceptionally high quality human being.

Re: John Wall Appreciation Thread - Part III
Our hometown paper ranks Mr. Wall the #25 talent in the Association.
I can make the argument he’s better than a couple guys in the #21-24 range (definitely better than Capella), but I seriously struggle to justify a top 20 ranking. He has health issues that keep his talent off the floor more than I’d like, and when he’s on the hardwood there are mental limitations (leadership struggles, periodic matador D, lack of off ball movement - IIRC #2 most stationary player without the ball).
Convince me otherwise.

"Some people mistake me that all I care about is individual stats but that's never been my game," he said. "I don't think a lot of people really get that."
"I love to get assists. I love to get 10 assists before I score 30 points. It's just that I have the ability to do both. A lot of guys never had the ability to be able to do both. It's great to do that, but I feel like if I ain't winning then it don't mean s*** to me."
Wall's numbers are historically good for his age and he is aware of the company he's in. He is one of only four players to average at least 18 points, nine assists and four rebounds per game through their first eight NBA seasons. The other three were Magic Johnson, Oscar Robertson and Chris Paul. Johnson and Robertson are Hall of Famers and Paul will be there someday.
Statistically, Wall is on a Hall of Fame track, but he wants much more than a plaque in Springfield, Massachusetts.
"I think about all of that. Everybody thinks about the Hall of Fame and being the franchise scoring leader and all that," he said. "I have all of those goals, but it don't mean s*** if you don't win at the end of the day. You can be a loser and have all of these records, but what does that stand for?"

This has to be one of the cleanest (greatest dunks ever by a point guard)
flawless)
dunks I heave ever seen.
Looking at the landing mechanics. Perfection!
https://youtu.be/_2ha5iwo8v0?t=297
just go to the 4:57 mark. OMG. Dunking with no damage to his knee on the landing.
Its like popping bubbles in package wrapping. Satisfying crisp that all true dunking ballers should be taught so that they extend their basketball careers. awesome.

Wizards 2nd round appearances from 1980 - 2010: 2, 5 games and 4 games
Wizards 2nd round appearances from 2010 - 2018: 3 6 games, 6 games, and 7 games
I like the current Wizards, but the team and John Wall might need a hard reset (he's probably never going to be traded). I still think Dwight Howard has a chance to save the season, but if he doesn't Brad Beal, Otto Porter, Markieff Morris need to go. John Wall would excel as second banana to someone like Jimmy Butler, or another player of his caliber who would clearly be the top dog.
