He needs to stop aiming, it wasn't anywhere near as bad last season, but it's become incredibly prevalent this season. It's amazing that he still has such low confidence in his own shooting abilities.

For someone that has such low confidence in his shooting ability, he's jacking up an awful lot of long jumpers.
