The Wizards stars are better than the Raptors counterparts, and so are the Wizards bigs.

The end.

LOL

Please invite your fellow Raps fans back to our troll thread. This part of the off-season is slow on news. Would like the entertainment. Bring your best, we'll send doc and Jwiz. I'll be like an American Gladiator battle.

The Raps have added DeMarre Carroll and Bismack Biyombo, and they drafted a PG who is likely ready to be a solid backup from his first season.

We've lost Paul Pierce, and won't have Jared Dudley for half a season at best. We've added a couple of complete non-entity veterans too. And we have a 19 year old out of the draft who might not contribute this year to speak of.

That 4-0 sweep seems like it happened quite a while ago. Not drawing any conclusions, but I don't think we're a slam dunk to be better than the Raptors.

They did lose General Greivis though, who outplayed their all-star PG Lowry against us. So that's a real loss. But yeah otherwise their depth has been their strength. And other than Vasquez they added to this depth. Plus Pierce has been a dino killer for years, losing him slips us a peg or two. And as our frontcourt ages and theirs matures I give them the nod there. Nope. Our starting backcourt is better, their starting forwards are better, in the center we are about even for now. But their depth beats us in the long haul. In a short series our starters may still keep us ahead but they figure to have a better record than us again for sure.

Now that you mention it, I forgot to troll their board when Jamaica kicked Canada's ass a few weeks ago.

FYI, I assume you aren't American but they have a thread up on the relay the US protested against Canada. Could be fun .

They also lost Amir Johnson, Lou Williams and Hansbrough.

Your Dudley assertion is a complete guess and counter to what Dudley said this past week.

Nope they lost Amir Johnson, that dude was always underrated by the league at large but he had been killing us for years. It wasn't just scoring, he always seemed to be one of the few players on their team with a high bball IQ and defensive mindset, and always made winning plays.

I can't imagine the Raptors expect they can replace what he brought easily, if they do they are mistaken.
