We're all busy. How about you sack up and put a decent game thread out? No sleep until the OP is 500 characters. NO SLEEP.

Pine. Doesn't matter. You could post game threads with pictures of Uerkle riding a donkey and we wouldn't care.... As long as we keep winning.

He'll just fill it out w/ Luv A Bulls
This is a really big game, practically a rematch of the '71 NBA Finals. Let's hope the Baltimore Bullets show up this time. Opening the season with consecutive road victories, well, nothing says championship like that, and that's exactly what the 1972 NBA champion Lakers did. Exactly that. So there is precedent for winning the first two games on the road, and going on to win an NBA championship and win 33 games in a row. But let's not get ahead of ourselves. One game at a time, and before you know it, you're the NBA champion.
So, who are these guys?
G-Po (that's a useful nickname)

a reboot of a forgotten TV show, The 5 Monroe

hairborne Chris Copeland

John Henson (of Muppets fame)

Khant spell Khris Middleton

The CW (demonstrating drumming kung fu)

Jyrryd Byylyss

Gravy

The other guys have broken kneecaps and such.
They look like an unruly, begrimed bunch. They need an intervention. But they look like they'd be good at a rave.
OK, add some statistical analysis, critical matchups, keys to the game, players to watch, etc. and we're there.

Hoping the offense looks a little more crisp than the Magic game and we start hitting those 3s. We all love Dr. Feel Gooden, but he should be enjoyed like a good vodka...in moderation please Wittman. Also, did we trade that Dudley cat? Shame, I kinda liked him.

Perfectly understandable.
And if the Wiz lose by 1, we'll all know who to blame.
You'd think on paper that Wall should dominate his matchup with MCW, but MCW can be a real pest on defense. Gianis could be a problem for the Wiz, because we don't have a defensive PF - or one with his kind of athleticism. And Bucks can bring athletic bigs off the bench. Bucks coming off a bad loss vs NY and will likely be highly motivated. I'd favor Milwaukee at home in this game. For Wash to have a shot, Beal and Porter have to go off, imo.

If the Wizards had Dudley and/or Anderson, the match-ups would go much smoother. I think Porter could match up at "power forward" just fine against Gianis. Unfortunately, if the Wizards play Porter at the 4, they don't have enough wing depth to man the SF position.

I'm gonna go with loss.
Idk, feels like our bench guys are not in sync offensively and may cost us early in the season (until Dudley and Anderson are in full swing)
Wittman should give Oubre minutes in a game like this, let him run out there and bring some energy/athleticism.

Bunch of negative nancies in this thread. No way we are losing to a bunch of punks from MILWAUKEE. If you are from MILWAUKEE you might as well just off yourself immediately (dont worry mods, nobody from Milwaukee can read this post since that would require electricity and internet access).

We can still stick Otto on Giannis.
If they're gonna put Chris Copeland at the other F spot, just guard him with Hump.

Middleton is the key to this one. He always torches the Wizards so either Wall or Porter need to guard him. I vote Porter as Wall needs to be kept fresh for the offensive end. So that means it's mostly on Hump to slow down G-Po.
This might be a good game to get Oubre off the bench as an extra defender for their SFs and PFs, as long as he understands his role as a defender/rebounder and doesn't feature in the offense.

Little do you know that we have a farm with 1,000 cows walking on large hamster wheels (I would have just said cow wheels, but you wouldn't have gotten it) which generate just enough electricity to have a small internet cafe in a barn. Jokes on you, my friend.
Our defense looked awful last game (I mean, we lost by 25 to the Knicks). I worry about Gortat eating Monroe alive. Chris Copeland is the worst, he makes me long for the days of Drew Gooden. Our guards are very good individual defenders, but your guards are just very good overall so I'm not sure how that works for us.
I think you guys win, I just hope it's close.
Also, Khan't Spell Khris is the best nickname I've seen for him.

Don't worry; the Polish Machine eats only steel, not play dough.
