Poll: Which former Wizard would help us most now?

Post#1 » by closg00 » Sat Feb 13, 2016 2:19 pm

Just a fun poll to do during the break. Which former Wizard currently playing now on another team would help us the most today.

Jordan Crawford. Did Ish or even Barbosa play in a single game with Washington.

Didn't include Clarkson cause we never had him, Smith played on our SL team so included him.

I guess I shouldn't have included Barbosa. Oh-well, lets tally the poll including write-ins.

Ariza as a stretch four. Barbosa as a wing that can actually, you know, shoot.

I voted Trevor Ariza but quite frankly, I don't see anyone on that list that I feel would make a difference for this squad.

Not surprising considering that most of them were drafted by Ernie.

Michael Jordan since the Wizards could sell out and afford to keep their second round picks.

Easily Trevor Ariza - particularly if we get the Trevor Ariza that played here 2 years ago.

In fact it would be Booker. He's a solid player at the position of our biggest need. Ariza wouldn't take minutes from Porter/Dudley/Oubre, And Livingston/Barbosa aren't a step up from Sessions.

You could actually make an argument for JaVale, come to think of it. He's not playing much, but he's kinda killing it on the court this year when he does get there.

I agree on Booker. Not that he is great, but he would be a significant upgrade over the current players in the position. It would have been pretty realistic to keep him, if they had let Seraphin walk.

Although the biggest help would be Laron Profit.

#GPDW crew knows that EG is like 2Pac and shooting him doesn't kill him but only makes him stronger.

McGee
Ariza
pierce

This Dallas McGee on the break with a this wall tht knows how to use his speed, beautiful thing
Ariza was Dudley with defense....we should've kept him...
Pierce was our finisher and we need that a lot this season
Pay your beals....or its lights out!!!
Bron, Bosh, Wade is like Mike, Hakeem, barkley...3 top 5 picks from same draft
mike, hakeem and Barkley on the same team!!!!

I missed this one. Classic!!

Of course, if Javaris is otherwise detained, we could bring back John Williams. He could eat EG.

IDK. McGee is just a bad player especially on defense. We actually went from being
a pretty bad team to at least an average team when we swapped McGee for Nene.
