more and more I'm convinced that it's going to take Ernie stepping down or a complete rebuild for anything to change.

To be honest can we really be mad at EG for following the plan he was giving by ted? I mean we have seen EG unleashed, its worse than this.

There's nothing wrong with the plan, but if you're going to reward your GM for simply following it and ignore the results you get Grunfeld's tenure.
