Coming off of a demoralizing loss in the ATL, where the squad's second team was exposed as being completely Grunfeldian, YOUR Washington Wizards look to rebound against an injury-riddled Memphis Grizzlies team. How hobbled are the Grizz? G Tony Allen and F Chandler Parsons are hurt. Not sure, but even though I have him listed as a starter, below, F JaMychal Green may be out of this game as well. If he is, expect the "Z-Bo off the bench" experiment to end -- which may not be a bad thing because he'd eat the Wizards' second team for lunch.

Let's meet the starting lineups.

Historically, Wall has redeemed himself after having a bad game, by playing more under control. Additionally, the call out by coach Brooks to have their guards not allow so much penetration when on D, and doing some team rebounding, should fire our guards up.
I also look to the 2nd unit to start creating their own identity. They cant play the same plays as the 1st unit, as they are different players. They should take advantage of their quickness and speed.
Other players need to step up...not naming names.

Doesn't it sound better/more appropriate as the Grizzards v. the WIzlies?

I watched Grizz vs Knicks and they didn`t look impressive especially Gasol and Conley they overpaid those guys. Zach Randolph was their best player. Only thing thats bother me is rebounding issue if Gortat will play like ass and won't box out Grizz bigs we will have problems. My prediction for this game is first Win with 10 points differential.

We're getting *killed* on the boards, as per usual. But Morris is sooo tough, though.

I hate the John Wall "pass to nobody and take a mid-range J" possessions.

Umm, they've missed about four layups so far. Can't blame the bench for this putrid start.
