Here we go, a game matching teams assembled by two of the most celebrated and esteemed basketball minds in the NBA, Ernie Grunfeld and Phil Jackson. Wizards on a 15-6 run, but still pretty lousy on the road. Knicks are in the midst of a 5-14 run after winning Wednesday at Boston. Both teams on the second leg of a b2b. This is the second of four Wizards-Knicks games, Wizards beating the Knicks 119-112 at VC in November.

Time to work on that road record! Go Wiz!

Of course, a back to back on the road on national tv against a bad team. Perfect way to kill all momentum..

Maybe a game to extend the bench minutes.

Has anyone heard anything from/about Tricky_Kid? I hope he's able to follow this streak and checks in at some point.

Knicks just beat Bos... go figure. Hopefully they have met their weekly win quota.

This is one of those "gather your nuts" kinda games.

This would be a big back to back win. Not that the Knicks are really factor in the playoff picture right now, but it would be great to get a back to back, and continue to climb and solidfy ourselves as a 4-6th seed.

Porzingis was held out last night for achilles issues (tendonitis?) and got a MRI.

Chances are he might not play tonight.

Joakim Noah is the key here. Him not playing makes the Knicks better. Not sure if Porzingis not playing is a good thing either. The Knicks are better when they go small and they're 5-0 without Noah.

This will be a barn burner for sure. The Knicks bench torched Boston last night, so this will be a good test for Sato and co.

Kinda weird that they beat Boston at Boston - with those 3 out. Some of the players who played major minutes for NY - I've barely heard of. Jackson might be a lot better GM than given credit for - it might be that NY fans are somewhat lacking in patience? Nah. Maybe we'll see tonight if some of these players are for real.

Ok, I've talked a lot of sh*t and now the Wiz have to crush the Knicks tonight or I'll never hear the end of this one.

Well this game worries me. Has that bulls national TV game towards the end of last season written all over it.
