If you're having a opportunity to the game in person, it's Polish Heritage Night at the Verizon Center. Expect Marcin Gortat to have a big contingent of supporters in the arena and he'll be pumped up.

Home court winning streak currently at 16 games.

7:00 game time.

Let's go Wizards!!

17 is my lucky number! Streak is safe ;)

Winning with Cavs would be huge...

Feels like the mojo is running out, the Knicks and Lakers outings had a soWizards feel to it, I think Washington is due tonight.

It does feel like that. We just weren't sharp at all in those games and our defense really lapsed against the Lakers. But I think we get this one.

The upcoming home schedule leading into and directly following the AS break is rough. That's where I think we catch some home losses.

C'mon. Pay attention to the stats. We're 6-0 since IMKs appeared on The Bachelor.

Wiz have been surely unsharp in their last time or two. I too wonder if it's time for a stumble...

The only question is - Who should we blame the inevitable loss on. And should we wait for the game to start before deciding?

It feels that way, but its possible the Wiz lacked motivation vs those two teams. The Knicks were minus Porzingis and Rose. The Lakers just suck. The Pels haven't been good this year either, but they have serious talent and can beat anyone any given night, just ask the Cavs and Spurs.

You can argue the Knicks are better without Derrick "Tunnel vision & no defense playing in 2017" Rose, too. Just go to their forums.

It's more about the Wizards' mentality when the opposing team is down two starters than how good those players actually are.

We've got 9 games left in February, & we really need to go 6-3, because March & April are brutal with only 8 home games out of 24 total.

Only 3 of those 9 games are on the road -- vs. Brooklyn, Philly & Indiana. Philly's 7-1 at home in 2017, so they are no pushovers any more. The Pacers are 18-6 at home. That'll be a tough game to win too. 2-1 in those games would be outstanding.

Among the 6 at home, we play Cleveland, OKC, Golden State & Utah.

In other words, it's really kind of a must to win tonight. Or, at least, it really makes the rest of this month easier.

I think the Wizards are motivated for beating 22 wins in a row at home. This is gonna keep their focus. Not sure if they can get there but I don't see them losing to the Pels.
