Wow, what a negative thread starter.

Before the series started I posted that Atlanta has been a tough matchup. Not much has been a huge surprise. They defend the three well. Millsap has owned Morris for the most part. The Hawks are getting to the line. That said, the Wizards won the first two games with their starting five dominating the Hawks' starting five.
Even if it is tied after game four the Wizards still will win this series.
Wall will make it so. Beal will find his shot. Porter and Morris both won't stay in foul trouble.
This season has been too good to end in round one.
I'm going to go on a limb and say the Wizards will steal game four. Beal is due to drop forty plus.

The Wizards are generating 11 open threes a game and are only shooting 21.2% on them. Their season average on such attempts were 39.3%. Highly unlikely that this holds up. Beal is due for a breakout game. If they can solve Atlanta's dribble penetration (which should be simple. Just pack the paint). They should cruise to a 5 game series win. If they keep letting Schroder get into the paint, they're just going to continue to make things difficult for themselves.

Game 3 is a typical let down game when you are up 2-0. They literally only won because we were flat with no intensity and can't make open shots. We will definitely bring the intensity and we are due for a hot shooting game

I'm thinking about buying tickets and coming to DC for this one. I see a lot of standard tickets are still available. How did the secondary market behave for Games 1 and 2 leading up to tip-off?

Must win tonight, Cavs are resting, Celtics might backdoor sweep the Bulls, can't let that series go 7. Win tonight and end the series at home.
I know he hasn't been spectacular so far but I feel that Oubre is key, Oubre and Mahinmi are the best defenders, have to use the one that can play. This team is too weak defensively otherwise.
I mean if they lose tonight with another big game from Schroeder what's the outlook regarding a second round vs Isaiah Thomas?
And I will go even crazier : I think Kelly should start with Otto playing the Ginobili role off the bench and closing instead of Kelly or Morris depending of who looks better. Need defense too badly and bench can use more scoring anyway.

So far every team in the playoffs seemed to get a boost when coming home in game 3. The Bucks, Grizzlies, and Hawks had decisive victories and OKC pulled out a nailbiter. Even the Blazers, Pacers, and Jazz had double digit leads before blowing them. Only exception was the Bulls who were without Rondo as Grant and MCW have been below average replacements.
I think Beal and Morris will play better. I'm worried that Otto isn't a 100% healthy. Hopefully Wall plays great gain.

Not convinced that Morris is going to play much better, he's just not a very good player.
The guy Washington needs to get involved in the offense more is Porter, absolutely unacceptable to have him average less field goal attempts than Morris, Gortat, Oubre and Bogdanovic.
Porter's hustle has been a big reason why Washington won the first two games, but his lack of involvement and assertiveness on offense is going to put the Wizards in a tough spot.
