This game will decide which team will advance to the next round. No doubt losing this game put one team deep in the corner.
I think this is the most important game in Wall era so I expect dog fight from start to finish.
Game 4 was nerve wracking till the halftime. After that it was most beautiful 7 min in third quarter I saw in any playoff game. 26-0 run is something You wouln't believe If someone told You before the game. They were helpless and scared! And I like that!

Boston is different animal at home. They crowd pushing their scrubs to the limit. Guys like Crawder, Bradley, Smart were awful in DC. But at home they will be dangerous again.
We need to defend in high level from start to finish. After IT was whinning about no calls refs will give him several so I expect cheap calls from falling down, IT trowing himself into defender or flopping as always.
Keys to the game:
Keep attacking IT on defensive end and double him
Rebounding
Watch out on own fouls, especially Morris
Our bench needs to bring something to the game.
And last but not least bring any good luck charm! I am a little bit supersticious

Washington Bullets:
PG John Wall

SG Bradley Beal

SF Otto Porter

PF Markieef Morris

C Marcin Gortat

VS
Boston Midgets
PG Isaiah Thomas

Trash Four

Tips for refs:

Our Owner showed some love for Kelly Oubre during game 4
And video which is not allowed in my country

Better be good Rachel lol
And guy who will never shut up
Good luck charms:

Go Bullets!!!

Mahinmi getting back has been huge simply because Horford or Olynyk can't back down Jason Smith on the blocks. Brooks has made a nice adjustment hiding BB on Smart whenever he's in the game.
Boston's rotation is kind of nifty in the sense of how that play Thomas. They know teams attack him on defense, so they take him out early and try and hide him in the 2nd and 4th quarter before the starters come back in. This isn't the series for Oubre (just get him spot minutes to rest Beal). They just hide Thomas on him. You need to punish him on defense, and Oubre really can't do that at this stage of his career.

Game 5 could be the game where Bogdanovic makes good. He will get open looks.

Beal's been guarding Thomas, Wall has been guarding Avery Bradley. We're not hiding Beal, it has been his job to be the stopper and he's done very well.

I could be wrong, but by "BB" I think he meant Chef Bojo-ar-Dee.

In game four the Wizards pretty much cheated off Smart on the weakside every opportunity they got and brought that extra defender into the lane to crowd Thomas vision and to protect against the backcuts the Celtics like to run along with their high pick and roll.
I could see Boston make the adjustment to have Crowder being on the weakside instead to give them a more credible shooting option when the Wizards overload.
Smart has a knack for getting to the ball on rebounds, so it's going to be key that we put a body on him when the ball goes up under that scenario.
Extra possessions is really what killed us in game one where the Celtics repeatedly punished us when we had to scramble to cover whenever Boston managed to extend a possession.
The Wizards also need playoff Brad to make an appearance.
Wall has brilliantly carried this offense, but he's eventually going to have a bit of a stinker and Beal has to be ready to pickup the slack if game five is going to be the game were John Walls scoring prowess takes a bit of a hit.
Would also be good to see Gortat and Morris make it through the first four to five minutes of the game without picking up any cheap fouls.
There's a chance the whistles end up being a bit tighter on the road and Washington can ill afford to have those two guys being forced out of the lineup.

Or maybe make an attempt to put Oubre in as soon as Thomas sits.

I saw Brooks pull Wall early pretty early as well. Figured that we're going to at least match IT's court time with Wall as Wall is the only guy on our roster that can exploit the Celtics trying to hide someone on defense. Or maybe it was because Wall was having a bad night early.

Is it me or has Wall been way better on the road than he has at home this postseason? And he has been pretty good at home for the most part, too.

The top row is home performance. The bottom row is away:

There's not much difference. He is slightly better at home, mostly by shooting better from 3-point range. The difference in +/- is interesting though. Not sure how to explain it.
FWIW, Beal is much better at home than on the road. Porter is a little better at home. Gortat is the same no matter where he plays. And Morris is actually a smidge better on the road.

That would be so dope if they changed their team name back to the Bullets.
Bullets >>> Wizards imo
I still have my authentic Chris Webber Bullets jersey that I keep in mint condition.

I predicted the Wizards in 6 so I feel strongly they can get the next two. I thought we could steal game 1 or 2 and I said I couldn't see Boston stealing a game in DC. Considering the Wizards likely feel they let one or both games slip away in Boston, I expect them to come out and try to put their foot on Boston's throat in game 5. They know they are more physically talented than the Celtics... it's clear as day that their starting lineup is bigger, stronger and more athletic but they just have to execute. Bench or no bench if Beal comes to play unlike he did in game 2, we'll win, maybe even comfortably.
I'd continue to attack Isaiah at will defensively. Boston has no answer for that. On the other end, continue to pressure Isaiah and force guys like Crowder, Smart & Bradley to be shot creators, not just shot makers like they were in game 1. As long as were engaged defensively we should be fine, even if Thomas gets a few foul calls and their role players make some threes.

If IT's comments on calls being more strict makes a difference, I sure hope it effects the calls on both ends. John Wall would have every one of IT's teammates (you know, the guys who actually play defense) fouled out by midway through the second half. The grabbing and pulling he's complaining about is how they make a living.
exhibit A:

But with the game in Boston, I wouldn't say my hopes are up.
I expect to do this many times tomorrow night:
