YOUR Washington Bullets ARE 1-0!

They continue to open the season with another home game against the Pistons who also won their opener. The Pistons were able to shutdown the Hornets to cruise to their first W. Will that defense travel to the nation's capital?

We're home, superior talent, and not really any match-up disadvantages that jump off the page, should be a win. How tough we make on ourselves in always a lingering question.

The Wizards beat Detroit 2 out of 3 times last year, with the one loss coming on a buzzer beater on the road.

Gortat is usually a pretty good matchup against burly unskilled bigs like Drummond. Gortat is much more comfortable playing in the paint and stopping the roll man rather than chasing guys out on the perimeter.

The one guy that concerns me is Avery Bradley. That guy really knows how to take either Wall or Beal out of his comfort zone. Whomever he guards is going to have a rough night.

They really should beat the Pistons. I’ll be flipping over to the Celtics-Sixers game also.

I don't even recognize the Pistons bench, but Stanley Johnson vs Otto Porter? LOL. should be an easy win.

also: please do not start Jason Smith against Tobias Harris, don't make this harder than it needs to be Brooks.

Avery Bradley is a good pick up for them. Jon Leuer is the type of guy Smith should be matching up against, not Tobias Harris.

Me too. Watching Celtics lose and Wizards (99% sure) win over Pistons will cheer me on

My first live Wizards game this season can't wait!

Satoransky most likely plays backup 3 tonight, we should be using our very best rotation tonight. Excited to see it

I'm out of town -- & will be for the rest of the month! Should be able to catch a couple of games at least, or I hope so.

Mean time -- win them for me!

Did you see Stanley Johnson’s stat line in the opener? 0-13 from the field, 0-6 from deep. Presumably he played some lockdown defense because his team won by 12 while he played 40 minutes.
