The last time Washington played the Raptors, they did so without John Wall. The refs felt bad so they ejected Lowry after 11 minutes and Bradley Beal showed why he was the best shooting guard in the Eastern Conference with 38 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists with a 70 TS%. It also brought forth a comical debate on how the Wizards were better without John Wall.
