Dotson had 7 assists and 0 turnovers. I think both he and Q Jackson are NBA caliber rotation pieces. Same with Goodwin obviously.

Not possible, alas.

Isaiah Todd has a fully guaranteed contract this year, & we are up against the luxury tax. So we can't add Q to our regular roster.

Our 2way guys are Goodwin & Schakel. We could cut the latter of course.

So? I believe we can go into the tax if we want to. ? Unless we are infact hard capped which I feel like we still get get a little over the tax in that case. Stretch Todd, Convert Goodwin and sign QJ to a two way. Correct?

Indeed, or Aldama or Garuba…Tommy’s draft selections are pretty suspect.

Looking at the box score, it seems Johnny Davis had a decent game: 19 points, 9 rebs, 1 steal on 9/16 FGs (most FGs in the team, so playing aggressive). The minus were 4 turnovers, 1/5 3 pt FG and only 1 assist.

His combined stats over 3 games look quite good minus the turnovers:

If this dude Davis starts showing something then I might have to start reassessing how I look at Tommy 'Da Bust" Shepard's drafting skills. Kispert looking feisty. I give Tommy a mulligan on the two #9 picks. Everyone knows the #9 pick is cursed. Ever since Terd Jr. snatched that magical urinal cake out of the cave of G-Wiz secrets, that #9 pick has been no good.

There have been many good NBA plays that went to the G league Danny green, Kris Middleton, Jordan Clarkson, Jordan Poole. It happens.

Johnny is is shooting the 3 really well. He’s now at 46.7% with an overall TS of 63.8%. His net rating has jumped up to +3.6.

He’s filling the stat sheet, just needs to cut down on the TOs.

We have another NBA caliber PG down there in Dotson. Really good all around player. Davis/Dotson/Jackson/Carey are all NBA level.
