GT #80: ATL Hawks @ Bullets 7 PM (NBCSW/1500 AM)

YOUR Washington Bullets ARE GONNA BE THE 7TH OR 8TH SEED.

They have done what few teams can do. They've tanked for a better pick and lowered their seeding to the point where playing the Cavs in the first round may not happen!

Last night, we saw Scott Brooks with another terrible display of coaching. It seems he has a fetish for lineups that help the opposition significantly. We've seen the no PG lineup without Wall that yielded disasterous results in the 'Everybody Eats' streak and now we're seeing it with the Morris-Scott combo at PF and C which yields layup lines and as we saw last night... LeBron James can score 4-5 buckets in a row with no CENTER ON THE FLOOR!!

Tonight, the tanking ATL Hawks are in town. Schroeder and Bazemore have been out and will not play the rest of the season. I don't know who these guys in the backcourt are but they got minutes against the HEAT the other night.

Will the Wizards have another embarrassing loss tonight? :P

People actually want Brooks to face Stevens in a playoff series.

Well, the options are kind of limited. Definitely want to face Stevens over the best player in the game who we have no answer for. Would I rather face Dwayne Casey but the best bench in the NBA? I think I'll take my chances with Boston. Who really cares at this point? If you are seventh or eighth, you get what you deserve. I'll take anybody at this point over Cleveland.

Wouldn't be shocked if Hawks win tonight.

Morris checks himself out of the game with two technicals....

Morris has put up 7 shots in the first 8 minutes of the game. Missing 5 of them. Now he gets two techs and an ejection. Not a good night.

Let me find something else to do because I can tell this is not going to be entertaining.

Indeed.

Washington is playing horribly. Atlanta IS horrible.

Not a pretty sight.

Oubre is now afraid to shoot. He turned down a wide open corner three in order to drive. Ended up traveling. The guy is really flustered right now. I'd love for him to get his confidence and stroke back.

It would also be nice for Meeks to get some extended minutes and hopefully start sinking some jumpers.

The team has hit rock bottom.

We are the worst team in the playoffs, might be able to steal a game or two in the first rounds, but something is completely off with the team.

The excitement from last season has been erased.

LOL. Down 11 to the Hawks - who are playing without 2 starters.

They seem to have this belief that they can coast through games then "turn it on" whenever they want to, yet they never actually do.

It'a getting comical how bad we are now, like we would be playing ourselves out of the playoffs if the East was better.

PhillIy is going to head into the playoffs on a 16 game winning streak.

Holy crap! Without Embiid, Philly is leading Cleveland 78-55.

Cleveland is on the road on a back-to-back, however.

Philly is going to secure the 3rd seed.
