Why Wizards Management Fails

Bad judgment.
When high character young men, with their fathers involved with their decisions, get traded away it tells all.
Ted Leonsis loves Ernie Grunfeld.
The decision to overpay random veterans started the pattern of losing talented young men. The Wizards are not concerned about their young players when ownership says one thing (not trading Porter) but then does the opposite.
Grunfeld is just doing as he is told.
