Man, Jabari is such a hot and cold player. When he is playing well, he seems like a superstar. And when he doesn't, he is awful.

He is playing well tonight.

The legs must feel spry.

On defense. He's like Markieff, he may gave an initial effort but forgetaboutit on anything additional. Not quite as blatant about it though as Kieff had gotten.

Masterful tank job by Carlisle. Managing personnel to get just the right amount of lead to prevent a comeback but feel like your team is really fighting.

But this team is fun to watch nowadays, when they play the young cats. They play no defense but move the ball around and make plays on the offensive end. IF we had a defensive maven on the coaching staff you could see where they might improve, especially with Portis and Bryant, much of that is just a little more tutoring on positioning and a little more work in the training room.

Most entertaining guy on the team, it’s amazing he’s had two ACL repairs. His talent is beyond impressive.

Fun team to watch.

Really nice game from Jabari tonight. As nate pointed out, when he is good he is very very good.

It's especially nice to see the Wizards playing really hard! Makes it fun to watch them again.

This is a terrible win.

Out of all the times they could have beat Dallas, this is about the worst.

Beal.

Gets up, changes his baby's diapers, checks sportscenter, drops 30.

Mavs don't have a reason to tank because they owe their pick to the Hawks. Sure it's top-5 protected but odds are not on their side right now. Maybe Carlisle knows that if Wiz make the playoffs nothing changes here while they're building a dynasty. :(

Personally I've lost all interest in watching games this season and as long as Brooks/EG are here. Hopefully that changes sooner than later.

Mavs have a small reason to tank. Right now the Mavs can increase their chances by up to 37.4 % to land in the top 4(assuming they can pass Memphis in the tank).

 They were seriously trying to comeback in the closing 2 minutes though

Think we could have given 5 or 6 of Satoransky's 41 minutes to Brown?

Don’t know quite what to make of Jabari. He’s put together two solid games in a row. But he has indeed been up and down overall.

I’ve been impressed by the diversity of Jabari’s offensive game…and the fact that he still has some serious hops despite two torn ACLs. He typically does most of his damage around the basket but last night his midrange jumper was butter.

I know, I know his defense sucks…but you could say that about at least a third of the players in the NBA.

I’m eager to say how things play out for Jabari these remaining 18 games. I certainly don’t think we should rule out keeping him in a Zards uni for the next year or two.

I like that he still has hops and can finish. He is an offensive threat. I do see him as a potent bench player - guessing that isn't how he views himself.

I don't like that he doesn't seem to see the double coming or be a willing passer out of a double team. And his defensive liabilities are going to keep his minutes down.

But on a vet min contract - he would be a fine bench player... IMO.
