The Wizards will be stopping by the local YMCA on the way to Capital One Arena to pick up a few more guys to fill out the depth chart. Bryant, Miles, McRae and Mahinmi are out. Wagner is day-to-day.

Hachimura and Bertans are going to have a lot of fun trying to defend Embiid. Troy Brown and Bonga will have to spend some time guarding Horford.

That lady in the Chevy commercial that they play 6 times a night who's all like "I'm gonna go buy a Chevy" before immediately dropping the giant "TEEHEE" nervous laugh is an agonizing cacophony of a human being. I think she's there to make Drew Gooden seem bearable by conparison.

LOL Mahinmi gets into the game and seta an illegal pick right away.

Mahinmi with a foul and a steal less than 20 seconds.

Mighty Yawn picking up a screen violation 3 seconds into his first stint in ages here - already in midseason form.

Mahinmi is something of a Bermuda triangle of deflections, though.

Not a bad first quarter considering that you have Simmons and Embiid to go against. Beal hasnt got going yet, although he will have a harder time of it against Simmons. No wizard has had a good showing so far. Yet, its 33-25 at the end of the 1st.

I have not seen the Wizards string together so many good defensive possessions in a long time. Mahinmi with a steal, with a block, multiple shut-downs on Embiid, this guy is looking like the real deal.
