Bryant will be available. Not sure about Garrison Matthews. Doesn't appear he'll be there.

From Rotoworld

THOMAS BRYANT
C, WASHINGTON WIZARDS

Thomas Bryant (COVID-19) said he'll be a "full go" for the season's re-start in Orlando.
Bryant has joined the Wizards and he's working on his conditioning, adding, "I feel fine and that's all that matters right now. Me being sick, that's in the past." Bryant was really struggling prior to the season's hiatus with March averages of 10.2 points, 5.2 boards, 1.0 blocks, 0.8 assists and 0.6 steals in just 20.0 minutes per game, and he never really found a rhythm after suffering a right foot stress reaction. He should be fully healed now, at least, and stands to gain a bigger role with Bradley Beal (shoulder) and Davis Bertans (free agency) both out for the Orlando reboot.

Listening to his comments over the past month or so, Bryant feels like this is a big opportunity to prove himself. If his minutes are over 30 a game, he's going to put up big numbers - hopefully even bigger than his opponents.
