I was telling my wife yesterday that I didn't want the team in DC because it would make traffic for us a disaster, even being way up in Northwest.

So I hope they come to a deal with MD. I heard rumblings that they might build a new stadium at the Harbor. near the casino..I would be okay with that.

Does the Metro go there?

I think the closest metro stop is branch avenue. That was done on purpose.

I think the idea is that they want to build a little village. They want the big stadium and then they want smaller concert venues there as well.

HA! As if the traffic by the Woodrow Wilson bridge isn't nightmare enough. I'm happy to keep the tax revenue in PG County, but that would be an utter fustercluck to get past. Especially for a Monday or Thursday game. Hilarious, cancel Virginia entirely at that point.

Rookie mini camp: Apparently the first round pick stood out, thank goodness.

From what I'm hearing on podcasts, he pretty much has given up many of those duties. Not sure I would love Rivera as a GM, other than the first round pick he seems to love the high floor/low ceiling guy.

I honestly wouldn't mind ron moving into the front office. He's a decent guy. Like president of player personal or something we honest have a solid front office right now after all the shake ups I hope we keep them.

Gonna be in DC this weekend.

Hope to be part of some partying in the street to celebrate liberation day.

Anyone know of anything going on IN the city and not out in forsaken Raljon?

There's nothing going on in the city unless you go to a Commanders' sports bar. Honestly, I don't think the natives care about the team...Washingtonians think the team is a Maryland/VA team more than a DC team. Just sayin'...I'm in NW and no one cares.
