Corey Kispert just measured at 6’6” height in socks with 6’ 7” wingspan. Bigger than Joe Harris who measured 6’4.75” height and 6’6” wingspan.

McDermott was slighter bigger through. He measured 6’6.25” height in socks and 6’9.25” wingspan.

I would prefer Butler but if he drops to 15 and we can not trade down then I would be happy with him. Great defensive player and with a burst on O. Marcus Smart light. His FT shooting percentages scare me though.

Love him. See a little Donovan Mitchell as well as Marcus Smart. Really good shooter.44.7% 3pt. The FT shooting is bizarre. I wonder if some guys focus so much on the three-point line that they struggled from the 15-foot range.

To me, Michell is the next Patrick Beverly - has that same manic energy and desire on defense - and similar size, I think. I don't see him as being a guy you can consistently rely on being more than a 4th option on D - but he'll burn you if you don't pay attention to him.

Neemias Queta topping the anthro charts. Standing reach, wingspan. I think he has been mocked way low, measurements may bump him higher up the chart.

That's probably not a good thing considering we were a 10th seed team, but... on the positive side, we got to be humiliated in a best o 7 series. Hmm. This actually should be the most entertaining lotto, because there's more equality in the odds of the lower lotto seeds. If GS somehow ends up with 2 top 4 picks, all heck will break loose.

Haha..no worries, GSW wont jump from 14 to top 4, and the Minny pick is top 4 protected.

That said, you bring up a good topic. What is the wildcard outcome/jump that you could see?

The Twolves pick jumping into the top 3 would be very interesting. I think they trade that pick as all 3 guards are probably poor fits with Anthony Edwards. I love Mobley next to KAT, but I could see them trying to make a bigger splash.

Another one is the Raptors. They need another guard and a big, so they are tailor made to jump from 7 into the top 4 and field a playoff team next year.

I think it's theoretically possible with GS - the Minny pick is top 3 protected, so GS gets it if it's 4th, and if they get ridiculously lucky with the 14th slot... going to top 3, they'd be set for maybe even past the Curry era.

The Warriors have about at 11.4% chance that that at least one of their picks will be in the top 4. The Minnesota Pick has a 9% chance of landing at exactly the #4 spot, and their own pick has around a 2.4% possibility of being 1-4. And I believe there there is a .2% chance (9% * 2.4%) that the Warriors will land two top 4 picks.

Yup. The only reason I have shied away from him in some trade back is because of the emergence of Gafford.

BTW. I know everyone loves Butler, but Deuce McBride seems like a similar prospect that will be available in the early 2nd. I would have ZERO qualms about picking him up.

I’m gonna put my whole support for this franchise to draft Josh Giddey at pick 15.
I’ve followed the wizards my whole life and being an Australian I’d love to see a young up and coming star of Australian basketball play for the wiz. I grew up watching his dad play for the Melbourne tigers during a time where the NBL was in its golden years in Australia and he was as tough as nails and absolute competitor.

So put me down as #1 representative the Josh Giddey to wizards club. :D

I’m also on the trade for Ben Simmons bandwagon too. :D

That position is already taken. I hear #2 is available though.

Tankathon updated their mock to show the wiz taking Giddey at 15.

Based on team as currently constructed (Brad, Russ, Rui, Gafford), I'm hoping for Kispert. I can't remember who was on here pushing for him, but he really sold me. He seems the perfect plug in at SF.

My guy Hauser measured a bit better than Kisspert - .75 inch taller and 2.25 inches longer wingspan. Trey Murphy 's wingspan is 3" longer than Hauser's, but he's skinny and had a higher body fat % - needs to work on his body. Garza's a guy who's got no respect despite his great production, but he's got his weight down to 243. I like Moody's measurements - just 6'6 in shoes but near 7'1 length and a solid 210 lbs. Ayo stood out with a 6'10.25 wingspan and got his body fat down to 4.5 - he's better than given credit for. Butler's 2.25 " taller than Mitchell, but Mitchell has a slight edge in wingspan. Queta was tallest, longest, and widest hands. Nix needs to go on a diet. Robinson-Earl lack of length is a problem. Moses Wright's measurements weren't great, but I'm impressed that a big like him has a 5.6 body fat %. Same with Jalen Johnson - 4.5% body fat, but he needs to add some weight. The Champagnie's were closer in size than I thought. Joe Wiescamp measured significantly better than I thought - both in height and length.

Anyone like JT Thor ?

NBA DRAFT ROOM:

JT Thor – The Auburn freshman forward came in at 6-9 ¼ with an outstanding 7-3 ¼ wingspan. Thor has a great looking 3pt shot, excellent agility and mobility and that massive wingspan, which should get teams excited in the late lottery to mid first round.

Scottie Lewis looks like one of the most athletic guys in the draft with elite lane agility and vertical leap to go with a 7-0 wingspan. Too bad he regressed in his sophomore year at Florida.

He might be an interesting guy to look at late in the 2nd round if we buy a pick. I'd like to know why his shooting percentages declined so much in his second year.

I think Moody is the logical, safe choice for us if he is there at #15 and we don't make any major offseason trades.

He should be a better version of Andre Roberson. Tremendous athlete.

I expect he'll be gone, but it's possible he'll be there. This draft is wide open after the 4th pick.

Very interesting prospect with a high ceiling, but I think he should have stayed in school another year unless he got a promise from a team that they'd take him in the first round. Can't see him playing in the NBA next season. Had only 1 game (out of 27) with more than 15 points and none with 10 rebounds - but exciting potential and 18.

Butler, Moody and Ayo are the 3 players I’ve talked about the most. I can’t see taking Ayo at 15.

Butler looks like he’s going to be a solid combo guard. He has a sweet shooting stroke and plays above average D.

Moses Moody would be my top choice. His ball skills are limited (hopefully they’ll improve) but his shooting, defense and length are excellent. Moody would fill the 3&D role very nicely for the Zards.

Kevin O'Connor of the Ringer has Duarte going 14 to GSW, and Moody going 15.
