GT:16 Wizards vs Nets - 1/31/21 - 7PM

Injuries:

Harden is out with a thigh injury.
Dinwiddie is out for the season.

Bryant is out for the season.
Neto is out with a groin injury.
The rest of our guys are supposed to be back.

I assume we will lose. The team is in disarray. Brooks is a bad enough coach as it is. But without practices, there is no structure at all. He just gives it to Beal and Westbrook and hopes for good things. It looks like the OKC offense of old, except 32-year-old Westbrook isn't as good as 26-year-old Westbrook, and Beal isn't as good as Durant. And the rest of the team doesn't defend like Serge Ibaka, Andre Roberson and Kendrick Perkins.

Brooks' secret weapon, Ish Smith, is back, so there's a chance. I'm already in tank bandwagon (top-3 pick please!) so I guess they'll start winning now.

Nets by 15 points, easily.

They don't play much defense either since the trade so I expect Beal to get 40 again and some of the guys coming back to get in rhythm quickly.

Rui has looked like a G-League player since returning from COVID and Deni hasn't woken up yet.

I have to say outside of Beal occasionally, and maybe Avidja, I hate this roster. I really hate it. Like no one on this team is easy to root for.
