Again that is bad coaching.

For the 1000th time, Brooks has to go!

We need to blow this up and it starts with getting a package of draft picks for Beal. Getting anything you can for Bertans, giving Westbrook the rest of his contract off, and giving Rui, Avdija control of this team for the rest of this season. Because this team is just complete trash.

I feel ya...I am leaning this way now. This is a dumpster fire. What’s the point of keeping Beal? Trade him, get picks and prospects and tank hard for a top 3 pick in the upcoming draft

No!

Take Westbrook off the damn team. Play Hachimura and play the young kids and this team is fine with a halfway competent coach!
Bye bye Beal.

At some point, you need to find your legs. He's played 18 games and I know he had that COVID-19 pause. But he's shooting 33.1% from 3-point and that's the only thing he's doing. He's averaging 2.7 rebounds in 25 minutes per game. Stevie Wonder could grab three rebounds playing 25 minutes a game.

When you’re getting paid $15M a year you need to produce more then 10ppg on 33% shooting from 3

This is one time when the entire problem in my opinion is a coach who is beholden to a washed up veteran. Westbrook has been in decline for three years and that is not going to get any better. Why is the truth so damn hard to see?
Bye bye Beal.

Seemed they were playing pretty well, they kept getting it close... It seemed like every time they'd get within striking distance they'd come down and miss a 3 and Toronto would go down and hit a 3 on the other end.

Would of liked to see Mathews and/or Wagner for an energy boost off the bench.

It just comes down to their inability to stop anybody. As a team they just do not defend at all.

Problem is he doesn't want to be that guy so he ends up passing up some good looks. Of course that usually hurts the offense in the end.

The defenses are leaving him open because they want him to shoot.

This is the type of organization that will overpay Bertans while refusing years back to value Ariza after rewarding Gortat.

They overvalue certain types of people.
Bye bye Beal.

The Wizards lose because their owner is a billionaire who thinks he knows. We had to deal with Ernie Grunfeld for years. Now it is obvious that the coach is not holding everyone accountable. It is obvious the coach is pandering to veterans. It is obvious that one of the veterans Is playing out of control to the detriment of the team.

As a fan I’m just gonna call bull and sign off... **** this team
Bye bye Beal.

Sadly it’s starting to look like the FO were fooled by the old “contract year” production numbers, which isn’t unusual for this organisation either.

They want him to shoot layups also? He passes out the paint just as much the perimeter.

With KAT back for Minny I would be going to Warriors and asking for a package for Beal starting at the lines of:
Wiseman
Wiggins
Minnys 2021 1st
Warriors 2022 1st
Warriors 2024 1st

Every time they get close instead of putting in someone like Mathews Brooks resorts to form. It becomes Beal and Westbrook and a small lineup. He never brings an energetic young player off the bench.
Bye bye Beal.

The problem is Westbrook. See last game. See all the games that Westbrook has not played and you will not want you to trade Bradley Beal.
Bye bye Beal.

Scott Brooks is now my least favorite Wizards coach. I have never seen a coach get less out of the talent that he has on his roster.
Bye bye Beal.

Nobody is taking Westbrook off of us.

No one wanted him the last off season and we were the only team that bit on a trade.

Sadly he’s stuck here in a wizards uniform for at least the next twelve months.

Tommy deserves some of the blame that Brooks seems to always get. This team needs more athletic wing defenders and a more athletic 5/4 man (an offensive-minded thicker Jordan Bell). You can see it whenever we play a team like Toronto (Masai Ujiri).

But it's even more evident after we lost Thomas Bryant. It might be better in the long run if we get a top 6 pick and lose Brooks with TB going down with a torn ACL. When Alex Len is your best big man, you are in trouble.
