GT #35: Wizards @ Grizzlies - Wed. 8PM

miller31time hasn't started a new thread and I didn't wan't to get ducler'd, so here it is.

The Grizz blew us out last game, but that was mostly due to us losing the turnover battle 22-11. Nobody can win with that kind of disparity.

With the way the Wizards are playing, they are capable of beating anyone as long as they take care of the ball. I'm not predicting a win, but I'm not afraid of this team either.

Last time, it seemed like they tipped all our passes and were a hair quicker than us on everything. And then they had Jonas overpower us. We've got to play with more energy this time and be ready when they go to big Jonas. Can't let Ja get those big spurts at the end of quarters - seems like he does that to us a lot - waits for the right matchups and bam!

We’re not remotely athletic enough to hang with Memphis.

The Grizz remind me of a young OKC team with Durant. Westbrook, Harden, Ibaka, etc.

Rui is killing us right now. If he's not making mid-range shots, he's not worth a crap. Dillon Brooks continues to frustrate Beal defensively, of course with help.
