I am anticipating a loss against the Pacers.
What I hope happens is a restructuring of the coaching staff. I don't mind seeing Tommy Shepherd stay but I believe Messiah Ricci will be a better transition,
Garrison Mathews. His game is eerily similar to Morris Almond's. He might be able to get more minutes on another team. I have imagined Aaron Wiggins in Mathew's position. Much more fluid athlete, one who probably won't be drafted, either.
Neto or Smith. Cannot have both. Tough call.
My latest hunch: Trevion Williams. He is going to be a surprise.
Kris Dunn would be a nice pick up.
More later.

I think in the Play-In thread you called a win versus the Celtics, I was not as hopeful. Here you anticipate a loss against the Pacers, I am not as pessimistic. I think you were riding the high of the Wizards strong finish before the Celtics game and I think you've reverted back to the 'Same ol' Wizards' outlook after one loss.
The Pacers haven't fared well against the Wizards all season; I know the Pacers intensity level will be ratcheted up for this final game, but so will the Wizards'.

Re: End of Season Rant
Big fan of Kris Dunn. Have stated multiple times that he would be a top target of mine in FA. Good call
I would absolutely go with Neto if he wants to come back. Think he’s a far better fit and overall player than Ish.
Bring back Gill, Mathews, and Bonga. I know you didn’t ask for my entire off-season plan, but I sure hope we draft Franz Wagner. I think he’s a perfect fit for the roster.
Westbrook Neto Winston
Beal Mathews Hutchison
Avdija Wagner Bonga
Hachimura Gill
Gafford Bryant

Of course you know that I am only doing my duty. If I call for a loss then we know what might/probably happen is a win.

What I do know is that Vegas favored the Celtics and now Vegas favors the Wizards (last I looked by 3.5). I don’t have any faith and Brooks as a coach. I also think Sabonis in their bigs are going to feast if our big do not show up BECAUSE Brooks doesn’t play them by going small.

I swear I think it’s Japanese. It’s either interprets or repeats as if it’s a Japanese American or American in Japan or whatever

For real it is creative! It literally seems to try to add context and will totally change the pronunciation and the meaning which you originally intended.

Totally agree regarding Dunn. I remember checking out his statistics at whatever college he went to—Off the top of my head I would say Rhode Island (Providence) but that’s probably wrong. I just know he had a lot of steals and great defensiveI promise. Nate McMillan type. He is the sort of player who could play with Bradley or Russell in the back court.
I also agree with you on Neto. That because I think he is that much better I just think he’s a better fit. Plus Ishmael can tie in NBA record by going to his 12 team! He hast to leave the wizards to do that. (The worst thing is it never capitalizes wizards.)
We are In complete agreement on Hulu bring back! Who to bring back… I really like Gill. I truly believe Isaac Bonga has a decent three point shot that just needs a confidence boost. He is a very adequate defender that Scott Brooks has totally under utilized. Isaac got caught in a numbers crunch behind draft pick Hachimura and draft pick Abeja. Add Ouija you know what I’m trying to say—Danny. No goddamnit Danny like the restaurant ...
Pif, This translators try to give me a headache!

You guys are joking about bonga right?
I assure you (would wager real money) he is out the league in 1 or 2 years. Bonga doesn’t have a feel for basketball- Seems to be a great person and really nice guy but every where he goes they watch him work out and do drills and are amazed but he can’t actually play basketball
Shooting isn’t playing basketball

I would only change Lopez for bonga —- I agree on Franz....
