I just edited -- an instant after posting -- & you should see the problem now. We are right up against the tax at present. Trading 2 for 1 would mean we'd have to add someone, but there's be no room.

They have until the end of the season to be under the threshold. It doesn't matter if they are slightly over it now or when the season begins.
