The Wizards have lost 5 of their last 6 games with their only win coming against the Detroit Pistons. Over that span, the Wizards have typically fell behind and gotten blown out in the first half- games have been closer than they appeared due to some garbage time minutes. Games that were close at halftime like the one against Utah just became a plain blowout.

The Wizards go against a Sacramento Kings team that has lost it's past 3 games although the Sacramento has won 3 of their past 4 home games. A loss here would be especially demoralizing as teams like the Raptors and Cavs have blown out the Kings in the last 2 games.

The Wizards did split the season series last season. When the Wizards first lost to the Kings - they were 14-25 - which is 1 fewer win then they have today at 15-13. The Wizards did manage to close out the season 20-13- including a win they had on a road trip against Sacramento. The Kings are now coached by Alvin Gentry this time around as the Kings recently fired Luke Walton after a game where a fan puked. Davion Mitchell should see some time guarding Bradley Beal not to mention the Wizards will have to do a good job containing both Halliburton and Fox.

It all depends on who starts the game threads.

If we can win tonight and go .500 in those next 8 games, it'll do a lot for the team's outlook, but it looks doubtful - unless there are some key injuries/Covid situations to our opponents. Gotta win the home games.

I really don't expect these guys to beat the Kings.

The vibe is off with the two biggest stars on this team and I don't expect this to change anytime soon.

Wizard killers a plenty on the Kings and with the Wizards decimated front court I expect Holmes and Barnes to have a field day.

The Wizards losing streak is going to reach double digits, I've seen this film one too many times.

This is a must win. We need Beal and Dinwiddie to show some life...otherwise we are doomed.

This team is toast. I'm only looking forward to seeing how Bryant and Rui look...whenever the frick that is.

I'm really hoping Gafford isn't injury prone. There's always something.

regardless of the quality of the opponent, I am glad that the Wiz are up after 1 Q. Minus the 4 point play by Sac, the Wiz have been playing just fine.

I think we may have the worst offensive sets in the league right now. We're making s-h-tt-y defenses look good.

Much respect for remembering that Kwame had his 30 and 19 game against the Kings. Those were some heady days, lol. His fued with Becky with the good hair Matt Barnes was his first good moment since that game.

Nice that we haven't fallen behind by 20 (yet). Only the 2nd quarter, tho.

No wonder Neto doesn't pass. He can't. Just give it to Beal. Real Deal is back at least against Sac Town.

Better ball movement. Started by Beal making the right passes and getting Neto out of the game.

It's actually kind of weird to watch Beal shoot well for a change.

Fox just blew by Dinwiddie and Beal like they're standing still. With no Gafford in the game, there's no rim protection. Gotta give those guys helps. Dinwiddie literally looks like a statue out there against Fox.
