YOUR Washington Bullets are 33-43 and have won 3 out of their last 4.

The tanking will get going as the Mavs are in town. A reunion game with Dinwiddie and Bertans making their first return to DC since the trade deadline shocker. Dinwiddie has been a different player in his new role as pesudo 6th man or off guard playing next to Luka the Don. It's safe to say the Bullets had miscast him and Coach Unseld as a rookie HC was in over his head on how to utilize him. Spencer is now shooting near 50% and close to 40% from 3 since arriving in Big D.

Bertans? Well, he still stinks.

This will also be the Unicorn's first game against his team of the past 3 seasons. Coach Kidd was using him a little differently than Carlisle this year and the Mavs found their groove after January 1. Of course, Porzingis got hurt and missed time. He has been pretty good in a Bullets uniform and coming off a 35 point effort against Orlando.

The Bullets won the first meeting in Dallas. Bradley Beal had a stellar outing. Luka got hurt and was carrying too much weight both figuratively and literally at the time.

The coaching difference and the talent difference means Dallas wins this one going away which is good for the tank

Spencer Dinwiddie started here shooting off well from the floor and three, his career says otherwise in terms of it lasting. I suppose having Doncic drawing attention and the ability to find folks wide open is pretty helpful though. There's also the other side of the floor which he was a matador on. And boy oh boy, Bertans is somehow putting up worse numbers in Dallas since the trade.

Wiz fans are really nice as a whole, but I doubt DinDins and Berty get a lot of cheers. I don't expect our centers to produce the 52 points, 15 boards, and 5 blocks they got last game, but we should win that - too much Gaffs and Zingers for Dallas to handle. Wiz win at home - I guarantee it - probably 111 - 105.

Wiz trying to tank but the Sato/Porzinga combo is refusing to obligue…

Seriously, I don’t think we need Kuzma for next season. Trade him for the best possible guard (e.g. Fultz).

I wouldn't mind seeing some Juwan Howard and Andray Baltche-level booing for our man Bert. That guy is horrible.

I agree that Kuzma no longer seems that important with Porzingis absorbing his offensive load at higher efficiency and Sato handling the playmaking. It's nothing against Kuzma. I like him, but there are only so many possessions available. Porzingis does everything better than Kuzma as a high usage guy; and Kuzma hasn't really demonstrated an ability to impact the game as a low usage role player. We're better off with Avdija's superior defense or Hachimura's superior 3-point shooting. Kuzma now looks to be better utilized as a volume scorer on the 2nd unit, but even that is going to detract playing time from Avdija and Hachimura.

If Kuzma can be traded for a starting caliber PG, I'd definitely be interested. I'm not enthusiastic about Fultz though. If we can somehow turn Kuzma into Brunson, I'd be all over it. (It would have to be a 3-way involving a 3rd team who would absorb salary.)

I wouldn't just give Kuzma away though. Porzingis isn't going to play every night at we will need some volume scoring when Zinger is out.

Pretty frustrating how much variability there is between how some players get continuation compared to others.

There's been no letup in KCP's game - he's playing tremendous basketball. Hope I didn't jinx him.

Our PG's got it done in the 1s quarter - a combined 7 assists and no turnovers.

Rui is beginning to look like a legitimate three-level scorer out there. Not fading as much, using his height and length to get an advantage.

It’s crazy how they look like a decent team when Kuzma is out

Sato's so good in this spell with the Wiz. Yeah, end of season games don't count. I agree. But even so.

Talk me through how the Wiz s'n't-ed him originally. I don't really recall that?

This franchise is so backwards. Gets eliminated from the playoffs and begins playing well. :banghead:

Doncic is what - 6'8 230? It makes sense to cover him with Deni in the 4th quarter. He's got the best chance to hold him within reason. If we do that, we win, because we can score. Ish, remember you're in their to be a PG - not a shooter unless you're wide open. Please no more fade-away jumpers from Zinger.

KCP is shooting out of his mind during this stretch.
