On Saturday night, former franchise cornerstone, JOHN WALL, makes his return to DC. This will be his first game in front of the fans he played in front of from 2010 until December 2018. As we all recall, John never played in 2019-20 and he was traded in December 2020 right before the accelerated COVID season of 2020-21.
The Clippers have been up and down. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George have just recently returned and Ty Lue has them on a minutes restriction. The Clippers lost in Orlando earlier this week and at Miami on Thursday. Despite their depth, which is probably the best in the NBA, they have had some head scratching losses but have kept their heads above water without their superstar duo.
Hopefully the Clippers and John get the W!
