When you watch a quarter like that, you got to be really chill or your head will explode.

Rebounding is laughable at this point. Guys fighting each other, not hustling, not boxing out, just horrible execution on trying to rebound.

Good thing, Bilal, Deni, and the bench are playing much better.

The rookie hitting 3s is great to see: 2/4 so far. Kispert, on the other hand, shooting blanks…

The Jones-Poole backcourt can not continue..disaster defensively

Nets have 38 rebounds (13 offensive). Wizards have 20. That is ridiculous. This freaking Galli/Kuzma/whoever at the 5 has to stop.

8 down at half time after that awful 1st q is not bad. Shame Kuz’s last second shot rimmed out.

Looking forward, I hope they trade Jones soon. He can not work with Poole and Jordan is highly unlikely to be traded this year..

I like seeing line ups like in the 2nd q when Deni played point next to Poole (or Shamet).

Deni/Poole/Coulibally/Kuz/Center is a much more balanced line up defensively-

Gafford gets pushed around on rebounding just about every play down the court. Not saying our rebounding woes are all his fault, but it is the genesis for many bad rebounding sequences.

I say put Deni at point, start Coulibaly. Tyus can man the second unit. Tyus is a great backup, pretty meh as a starter.

Yep. 100%. And see if we can get a couple of seconds for Jones by the trade deadline.

Had Deni made a three ball or two more, would be having a very nice game. He's missed some pretty good looks. Still doing a lot of good stuff out there aside from shot making.

Yea, I don't know, I haven't watch that much Wiz games this season, one of the reasons being the woeful defense. It was expected to be horrible but this, man, is just lower than my already low expectations.

Count me as surprised, but Shamet has been playing some real solid ball for us. I've really like his effort on defense aside from his shot making.

Aaaight. 6 down by the end of the 3rd q. Keeping it competitive today.

Bilal has probably played his best game as a Wizards so far.

Jones is not giving anything on offense today. He should see little to no time in the 4th.
