Tempted to say Jared Butler because when he's in, Poole is not. Not born out by +/- numbers though.

It’s a tie—Holmes & Kuz. :D

C'mon folks. Kuzma had 31, 6 and 5 with a .677 TS%. What does the guy have to do to get any credit around here?

Butler hit his shots, but 1 assist and 4 turnovers in 18 minutes of play is pretty bad for a PG.

But, good point about his presence being synonymous with Poole's absence. :D

Work hard on defense? He is winning the vote 7 to 3 though.

It was 4 to 3 when I posted.

I like that Kuzma tends to play well vs teams that were rumored to be interested in him. Contributes to any bidding war for his services. The Kings already have a young cat at his position, and aren't loaded with picks, but still. I like his tendency to showcase what he looks like when he is playing well.

And that is why I voted for Holmes. Sac scores nearly 118 points per game. I thought that Holmes was the major factor why they only scored 102.

If they score 118, we lose. I can also appreciate giving it to the offensive side of the ledger.

Can’t expect Kuz to carry the team on offense AND defense. It’s well known that sometimes you have to rest a little on D to be there for your team on O.

And I disagree with those who suggest Kuz never plays any D.

Never is an exaggeration, not consistently is just accurate. As I've said before, Kuzma doesn't have to be Mr. Hero offensively. A bit more effort on defense, a bit less ball dominance on offense, move off ball to his sweet spots (corners rather than top from 3) and he's a considerably better player.
