George with 4 3s. Shame uncle Kuz keeps turning over the ball…can’t stand watching him no more.

But showed signs of life at the end of that quarter.

At the end of the 3rd Kyshawn was really bullying KD, denying him the ball and really giving him a hard time.

I noticed that as well. Rook was frustrating KD.

Ah lovely seeing the Monumental Sports team asking a tee ball questions (that most vets will try to be polite about) then tweeting the response like it something profound with the wide eye emoji.

You do all understand how PR works, right? And that no one on the Monumental Team should be consider an objective journalist, right?

Now in fairness, the whole of the local sports media aren't hard hitters by any stretch. It's part of the reason why EG was allowed to GM with impunity for so many years. Jellyfish social climbers in the media around here looking for a bigger market.

Yeah i have noticed that over the years. I think it is pretty standard for high profile vets to praise young teams that suck.

I think it's also unique to KD though. He's always been very complimentary of opponents and give credit where credit's due. He just loves ball and appreciates ball. I thought it was corny up until a few years ago, and it just turns out KD is just really like that. KD also calls out cornballs when it's appropriate, especially if it's criticism of himself (with all the burner accounts he's had over the years).

i think KD would be a stellar assistant coach somewhere. he clearly knows ball, and fundamentals, and probably does a good job explaining concepts and developmental tools. doesn't seem to have the charisma or leadership for a HC job though.

he's worth too much to just hold a clipboard with $400M in career earnings with $100M on the way, plus endorsements. need to give him a VP position but between his DMV ties and his love for the game, i don't think it's out of the question that he spends his post-basketball career with us (but for Leonsis being a cheapskate control freak)
