Keeping it interesting... We have 28 games left in the season. For the next 28:
1. Put your prediction for the number of wins and losses.
2. Pick your biggest win by point differential.
3. Pick your biggest loss by point differential.
Winners gets one of three sour worm gummies that my kids left under the car seat about 2 years ago. They dont look a day old. Hey! You know you want it. Go Wiz!

Re: The game within the game
5-23
Biggest win vs Utah 3/5
Biggest loss at Detroit 3/11
I’m not sure if you want the points diff too. If so I predict a 21 point win vs Utah and a 33 point loss at Detroit

Making extreme statements like "only" sounds like there are "no" Jokics in this draft? Jokic is an engine that was drafted in the 2nd round. Always a chance to see diamond dropped by sloppy burgular after a theft.

Tie at -31 for the biggest losses -- against Milwaukee 2/21 & Philly 3/26, when Kuzma & Butler each put up a 40 point night against us!
Biggest win 4/13 vs. Miami -- the Heat default, b/c everyone already went home!

Re: The game within the game
One game against Charlotte that will be critical. It's away for us so hopefully things go our/their way.
Home and away against Utah. Need to do no better/worse than a split.
And who knows about those April games when the playoff contenders will be resting guys. Keefe better make sure our guys are at the top/bottom of their game.
Keep the losses coming!!!!

I think they will go 9-19.
Their biggest win will be a 22-point win at Charlotte.
Their biggest loss will be a 34-point loss at Detroit.

Their biggest loss will be a 34-point loss at Detroit.
Bye bye Beal.

6-22, according to my infallible formulae. I could see Boston resting their stars in the April game, so that will be our biggest win +15. Our biggest loss will come in Miami (-25).

Re: The game within the game
What a great way to end the season!
Since the All star break, these were the team highlights:
biggest win: against the Hornets, 113-100, 13 pts differential
biggest loss: against the Celtics, 90-124, 34 pts differential
Our record since the break was (dare I say impressive) 9 wins, 19 losses. That projects to a 26 win team over 82 games.

Re: The game within the game
But "the game within the game" for this team is:
1) the rate of roster changes that make us younger
2) the rate of development of the new young guys.
That's it. There's nothing else to think about. Just those two factors.
As to the rate of change:
-- His first season on the job, Will added 5 guys 22 or younger (Champagnie, Coulibaly, Baldwin, Vukcevic, Rollins).
-- His second season, i.e. since the day of the last draft, Will added 7 players who are 22 or younger (Jones, Thor, George, Martin, Johnson, Sarr & Carrington).
As to rate of development:
-- it's been a mixed bag as one would expect. Overall, however, I think we can say that we've done quite well!
-- Coulibaly, Champagnie, Jones, George, Johnson, Sarr & Carrington all look very promising.
-- Vukcevic is more of a question mark, but he's definitely had some good games on the offensive end.
OTOH, Rollins shoplifted himself off the roster, & Baldwin was traded in the deal that got us Johnson.
I expect to see us add 3-5 additional players 22 or younger this off season: we have 1 maybe 2 R1 picks, & we also have a pair of R2 picks. Hold on to your hats!
