How would you rate them?
I lean to:
1. Coulibaly
2. Sarr
3. George
4. Carrington
5. Champagnie
Our vets have contract issues lowering their value (including Poole), Kispert and Vukcevic haven't shown the ability to play NBA defense.

That's probably the correct order, though I consider George and Carrington a toss-up given Carrington's extreme youth.
I'd drop Sarr to #4 if I'm ranking how I personally value them, but Sarr's #2 overall pick pedigree should still be enough to give him more trade value on the open market at this moment.

There are a lot of variables, it would depend on if a team is drafting for the future, or for the playoffs.
Trading for youth and upside:
1. Sarr
2. Carrington
3. George
4. Coulibaly
5. AJ Johnson
Trading for veteran help:
1. Holmes - Vet depth help on an expiring and reasonable contract
2. Smart - Expiring vet going to a playoff team with cap space
3. Khris Middleton - Expiring vet that we should be able to swap for bad contracts and picks
4. Saddiq Bey - We should keep him, but he's on a good contract and very tradable
5. Poole - Desperate, lower ranked playoff team with cap space trying to get some pop
