Well, when he plays he's an excellent fit with both Sarr and Trae.

Good GOD!!!!

Who saw this coming????

What does it mean?

One thing I can think of ... he's an incredible fit alongside Sarr. What a frontline this is going to be.

And a companion thought:

Don't need to worry so much about Trae's D if the backline is Sarr and Davis. Jeebus.

Well, this confirms that Washington isn't a layover destination for Trae Young.

This shouldn't keep us from keeping Sarr and Kyshawn should they continue to ascend.

I think they partly do this because there weren't good options in FA that they thought they could get?

Also, I don't think this hurts the tank. Bagley is gone, so that is a win for the tank, and AD is probably going to sit out a month or two.

I'd love to think they're getting AD to rehab his value but it's more logical they're going all in with Trae and him.

Yep. Seems Leonsis had enough of the rebuild…

We better hope for a top 3 pick in this draft cause we are looking yo compete next year…

Trae, Trae, Ky, AD, Sarr, 2026 lottery pick. Bilal, Bub, and vet FA off the bench. Contender status?

Reaction -- I absolutely hate this.

More considered response -- I do not understand what they have in mind: what's the upside?

Mature, thoughtful engagement -- I absolutely hate this.

So we pretty much punted our cap space for this offseason then right? Like that's it? So much for Kessler or Eason.
Bickerstaff: who's up for kickball?!!
Ed Wood: Only if it's the no-pants variety.

We gave up TWO FRP’s for “Street Clothes” Davis!?Ted must have forced this win now move. I quadruple checked this trade in disbelief.

One is the 30th pick and the second is basically a 2nd w protections.

Gave up none of our FRPs.

Took advantage of a desperate Dallas front office.
