Hey Wizards experts, question for y'all:
Jamison has a skyhigh +/-, much higher than Butler, what's causing this?

It's probably more of a statistical fluke (due to sample size) than anything else.
Where there is substantial data, i.e., the "on" minutes, there's not much difference between the two. Jamison is +6.2 when he is on the court. Butler is +4.9 when he is on the court.
The difference is when they are off. The team is -17.1 when Jamison is off, and -11.4 when Butler is off. But since there are so few minutes played with either of them off, the off data isn't really reliable.
One other possibility is that we don't have a reliable backup SF (except when Jamison slides over there). Because of this, EJ sometimes leaves Butler on the court during garbage time alongside a bunch of rookies.

Another possibility is that the guys coming in for Jamison are playing poorly . . . that would be mainly Songalia and Blatche so I'm hoping it's not true but that is the other mainstream explanation rather than Butler being out in garbage time.
