Just been reported and it explains Pau's not being in their lineups.

Memphis has acquired Javaris Crittendon (and they have Lowry and Conley--WTF), along with Kwame.
Grizzlies traded Swift to NJ for Collins.
--Etan won't be traded to either, is one way it affects the Wizards.
--Forget any Jamison/Gasol trade ideas, too. I wasn't for that, per se, unless a good deal came along.
I wonder if Pau's Best Friend For life remains a Griz with all those PGs?

Will Kwame be on an NBA roster next year? If so, what will he make?

Is Pau going to dress against us on Sunday?

Assuming he's been healthy all along and passes a physical; I'm going to answer your question with a question:
What is Pau's career high for assists, blocks, rebounds, and steals?
If he plays he'll stop sandbagging and he'll open up a can of Spanish Whoop Ass on the Wizards if he plays his first game as a Laker against the Wizards.
I figure he'll leave the scoring to Kobe.
I also KNOW it's only a matter of time, perhaps this season with Bynum back that they win the NBA title.
Boston won't beat them. Nor will Cleveland. Nor will Detroit.

Chris Wallace, the Memphis GM, must be getting something under the table from Buss, Kobe, or other to give Gasol away like that.

crap I am going to that game too.
more importantly how does th elusive Juan Carlos feel now about getting out from the wiz who have a winning record and now being stuck in Memphis without his guy pal Gasol.

Is Kwame the worst player to ever have been traded twice, both times for All-Stars?

WOW!!!
Is it just me or did the Lakers get away with highway robbery here?
They get to keep all their key pieces (Odom, Farmar and even Turiaf) and dump the most hated big man in LA history (Kwame) for a 20 & 10 big?
Is that the best Memphis could do? Two crappy late 1st rounders and a flyer on yet another PG that they don't need? Yikes...
The Lakers are officially loaded now. When Bynum gets back their lineup will look like this:
PF Gasol / Walton / Radmanovic
SF Odom / Ariza
C Bynum / Turiaf / Mihm
SG Bryant / Vujacic
PG Fisher / Farmar
The Lakers have essentially replaced Kwame with Gasol.
I think they can certainly make a title push now. Kobe has finally gotten what he wanted.

Ah, crap. This drastically decreases our chances of getting Memphis' pick. Ever. Wait, how can they trade a pick they might not have?

What a freaking steal for the Lakers.
Crittenton is nothing special - he projects to be a capable starter or a good backup at best. Those two draft picks will be very late. They traded that bucket of crap for Pau Gasol?

Memphis didn't trade any picks. They received them.
You are right that it hurts our chances of getting Memphis' pick. Memphis is going to be lotto bound for years.

Not that it will make much of a difference, but the deal doesn't work in the trade checker. Add another Laker body like Turiaf and it does. I can't imagine what this is like for a Memphis fan. If any of those Bulls offers were halfway accurate, this deal is a steaming pile of crap.

Imagine how good they could be if they can manage to trade Odom for a defensive-minded swing man. Odom for Artest?

So much for JCN being re-united with Pau in Memphis... now we lost him for no damn good reason.
**** and now we play the Lakers on Sunday.
