Nick Young will be trying to show off for his SoCal buddies. EJ needs to keep his ass on the bench.

FYI, in their last game, the Clips went with this line-up:
Sam Cassell
Quinton Ross
Corey Maggette
Al Thornton
Chris Kaman
Tim Thomas is day to day with a sore back.

Looks like Antonio will be in action tonight according to Ivan:
A rough trip comes to an end tonight in Los Angeles where the Wizards will try to snap an eight-game losing streak. It appears that at least one of the team's wounded - point guard Antonio Daniels - will be back. The other night in Oakland he said the right ankle felt much better and thought that it would allow him to go tonight.

Unless it's 100% better, why push it? Sit it out, AD. Sit it out.

The Wizards will win with or without Daniels or Butler. This is basically like facing Minnesota or Cleveland without Lebron. They have an offense totally reliant on a low post big man - a low post big man that Haywood can shut down by himself.
Haywood will own Kaman. The Wizards will win.

I think the Wizards will win tonight to snap the losing streak. I just hope that neither Caron nor AD plays tonight. I also hope Caron does not play in the AS game. They need to take advantage of this break and come back at full speed after the All-Star weekend to make a serious run. At this point, its not worth reinjuring themselves for one game.

AD and Caron better sit out or the previous losses will mean nothing.
I do think the Wiz will win but I'm not staying up to watch.

it's hard to predict a win when we've lost 8 straight. if Daniels plays though, we should be favored, and i would have to agree.
with AD: wiz 97 lac 92
without AD: wiz 93 lac 102

IC update...AD will probably play, but butler sounds like he is going to sit out tonight and Sunday (the AS game).

I'm staying up for this. I'm already staying up late to order Radiohead tickets anyway.
I'm glad Caron is probably going to sit out the AS game. It is for the best.

If AD plays we should get this. The guys are tired of losing.

Anyone care to ask if we are better W/O Gil?
BTW that topic made me sick, just hearing some of you even say "YES".
SOS mean anything to you .439% and now over .500%
Buttler = All Star / Gil = Super Star is it clear now.

Well, with a healthy Butler, we were still a +.500 team despite a cakewalk schedule. There's something to say for that (ie: Caron Butler has entered a new level of play, along with many many other factors - more Haywood, bringing Ayers over, Blatche improving, better bench).
But the thought of being equal or worse with Arenas is laughable.
